Business Analyst, Salesforce - Experience Cloud (Customer Portal)

Job Summary
Support Experience Cloud administration, data governance, and product optimization by collaborating with stakeholders to elicit requirements and document user stories in Jira. Manage data integrity through regular audits, lead cross-functional teams in process reengineering, and own user acceptance testing including script development and issue resolution. Serve as first-level support for technical challenges, drive root cause analysis, and architect integration solutions connecting Salesforce Cloud with internal and external systems. Provide strategic guidance on platform upgrades, migrations, and new feature adoption while delivering training resources for end-users. Requires 5-10 years of Salesforce experience, proficiency in Agile and hybrid development lifecycles, and ability to work independently with occasional overtime during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years' experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence
- Detail oriented, strategic thinker that focuses on the bigger picture
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive & independent – always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
- Proficient in data management and data quality best practices
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- May require occasional overtime during peak campaign periods
