Job Summary
Business Analyst for Emirates NBD focused on designing and delivering SME lending journeys with credit assessment and risk evaluation, leveraging AI-enabled solutions and agile delivery. Collaborates with Product Owner, RMs/VRMs, Credit Risk, Analytics, and Tech teams; acts as a gatekeeper for user story certification; supports AI tool integration into RM/VRM workflows; ensures compliant, customer-centric lending experiences and continuous improvement across banking processes and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in banking or fintech
- Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in business contexts
- Exposure to the Middle East banking market is highly desirable, especially in SME
- Ability to translate business discussions for technical teams and vice versa
- Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory requirements, particularly within the Middle East
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools
