Job Summary
Provide data-driven insights to leadership by analyzing trends in revenue, sales, and operational costs to enhance profitability. Support the Head of Operations and Performance in tracking project milestones, KPIs, and performance indicators while preparing financial models for strategic planning. Analyze sales and marketing reports to suggest strategies for improving business performance and evaluate new investment opportunities to assist management decisions. Coordinate with finance and commercial teams to streamline efforts, optimize promotional fund allocation, and develop risk plans for process standardization.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in Business/Commercial Analyst or Commercial roles
- Critical thinking, analytical skills, and investigative skills
- Knowledge commercial statement analysis
- Knowledge of basic data analysis tools
- Ability to understand and apply statistical concepts to derive insights from financial data
- Experience with business intelligence, process management, and CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
