Job Summary
Collect and synthesize external and internal program metrics for telecom, renters insurance, and other revenue categories. Conduct current-state analysis, prepare summary highlight presentations, and make decisions directly impacting program operations. Manage vendor relationships, audit compliance and invoicing, and serve as a liaison to resolve complex requests. Develop complex databases, suggest process improvements, and prepare periodic reports for accounting and senior management. Support special projects and ad hoc requests to ensure programs run optimally and meet ancillary revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in business or economics
- 2+ years previous professional experience in analytical, operational or property management roles
- Knowledge of renters insurance and/or telecom
- High degree of flexibility
- Intuitiveness

- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in Google Applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
