Job Summary
Analyze and specify requirements in close collaboration with business units, modeling, verifying, and documenting business processes according to BPMN 2.0. Organize and moderate workshops while creating concepts including UML diagrams and use cases. Serve as the interface between business departments, IT partners, and software vendors, supporting test cases, error analysis, user training, and support. Provide advisory and assistance for digitalization projects. Requires at least three years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in finance, proficiency in agile methods, BPMN 2.0, and UML, along with strong communication skills and German language proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst oder Requirements Engineer im Bereich Finanzieren (Hypotheken, KMU-Finanzierung, Kredite etc.)
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden sowie BPMN 2.0 und UML
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
Desired Qualifications
- Zertifizierung als Requirements Engineer oder Business Analyst von Vorteil
