Job Summary
Translate complex client problems into actionable strategies, requirements, and solutions by developing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and development teams to create project plans, roadmaps, and governance solutions within an Agile environment. Facilitate client meetings using design thinking to co-create and validate management solutions while maintaining the program backlog through stakeholder engagement. Prepare project status reports, support workgroup facilitation, and communicate insights using storytelling and visualization techniques. This 100% remote role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1-5 years of experience in requirements analysis, and familiarity with federal healthcare modernization initiatives. Candidates must reside in the continental US, hold U.S. citizenship, and be eligible for government clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in requirements analysis, business analysis, or business intelligence analysis
- Strong experience with project management and Agile tools, including Microsoft Project and Jira
- Familiarity with process mapping, requirements development, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management
- Familiarity with data management and organizational governance principles
- extensive experience using Microsoft Office applications

- U.S. Citizenship
- eligibility to obtain and maintain a Government clearance
- Must be able to reside within the continental US
- Must be able to complete fingerprinting at a government facility
- Must be able to undergo a background check
