Job Summary
Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes, systems, and operations to identify improvement areas. Develop and implement strategies enhancing efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, provide insights, and create detailed documentation of requirements and project plans. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients clearly while participating in meetings and presentations as needed. Assist in developing new processes and support project management in tracking progress. This remote contract role offers flexibility for part-time or full-time work with potential conversion to full-time, situated within a digital marketing agency serving startups and corporations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus
- Experience working with remote teams is preferred
