Job Summary
Oversee execution of defined project tasks by tracking deliverables, developing project plans, and measuring progress against key performance indicators. Lead project and remediation documentation efforts to identify gaps and controls needed for sustained performance, utilizing technology platforms, change management tools, and risk management systems. Navigate across Lines of Business and partner organizations to negotiate decisions for efficient resolution, while supporting the adoption and sustainment of change initiatives driven by business, legal, regulatory, or market requirements. Develop and report on an integrated delivery plan, raising risks and escalating issues to stakeholders. Manage associates by coaching team members, recruiting, on-boarding talent, and fostering an inclusive environment where process knowledge and data-driven decisions drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience working in project / change management
- Business Analysis experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Management of strict deadlines
- Experience with DAIC and Agile methodologies
- Educated to degree level
- Project management experience in Financial Services, especially Investment Banking
- Knowledge of structured project management methods such as PRINCE2 or Microsoft Solutions Framework
- Knowledge of structured business analysis (e.g. 6 Sigma) techniques
- Knowledge of MIFID and EMIR regulations
- Product Knowledge: global markets products
- Knowledge of sales/trading and post trade processing
Desired Qualifications
- Previous global markets / regulatory projects background
- Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of regulatory changes, from Industry forums to Consultation Papers to final rule
- Significant experience in working on impact assessment
- Previous experience in leading analysis working groups
- Previous experience in documenting clear reporting requirements
- Experience in Industry forum participation
