Job Summary
Digital Business Analyst to bridge business and technology in an Agile delivery environment. Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for digital initiatives; translate needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria; facilitate workshops with product owners, UX/UI, and engineering; analyze customer journeys and touchpoints to inform solution design; support online, mobile and digital platform enhancements, and assist with testing and delivery outcomes. Requires 5+ years as a Business Analyst with experience in Agile environments and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Google Workspace. Retail energy background preferred. Based in Cremorne (Victoria) with a flexible hybrid arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
