Job Summary
Hybrid Business Analyst to serve as liaison between ISS STOXX's Research Operations and Technical Development. Lead requirements analysis, create and maintain project BRD/PRD, document user acceptance criteria, map and optimize business processes, produce UI mockups, use cases, and prototypes. Manage research backlogs, coordinate stakeholder needs, support QA testing, assist in developing project charters/plans, and facilitate cross-region collaboration with internal customers across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance or equivalent, CBAP preferred, 5+ years in BA with application development experience (financial services preferred); proficiency with MS Office, Visio, data visualization tools, and Figma; strong English communication; willingness to work hybrid with at least 3 days onsite per week at Makati City, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or any equivalent is required
- Business Analyst Certification (CBAP) preferred
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on application development
- Experience in proxy advisory services or governance/sustainability research (preferred)
- Excellent command of MS Office; Visio and data visualization tools a plus
- Working knowledge of Figma or similar design tool
- Strong oral and written communication (English)
