Job Summary
Business Analyst role focused on analyzing data to generate strategic forecasts and measure promotion effectiveness, collaborate with Sr. Director to develop winning strategies, create and maintain weekly sales reports, assist Buying and Planning teams, manage modular details using Item 360 for promotional displays, and act as a liaison between Customer Marketing, supply chain, and third-party teams to drive business priorities and manage timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience with Sales, Category Management, or Retail Management teams
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word
- Mastery of Retail Link, Item 360, and NOVA (Luminate experience a plus)
- Experience with Circana and ProSpace (a plus)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication both verbally and in writing
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
