Business Analyst/Project Manager

Job Summary

Lead technology projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, execution, testing, implementation, and post-launch support. Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend technology solutions. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to document functional and technical requirements, while developing project plans, timelines, and risk assessments. Coordinate activities across internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful delivery, serving as a trusted advisor who translates business needs into actionable technology solutions. Manage scope, budgets, dependencies, and change requests while supporting user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and change management. Prioritize enhancements and optimize enterprise systems, particularly Salesforce, while promoting project management best practices and continuous improvement across the IT department.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Five or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a combined Business Analyst/Project Manager role
  • Experience leading cross-functional technology or enterprise application projects
  • Experience working with Salesforce as a System Administrator, Business Analyst, Project Lead, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and solution design
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Desired Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent Salesforce experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
  • Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI
  • Experience with enterprise system integrations and data exchange
  • PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus
