Job Summary
Exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst / Project Manager at Tokio Marine HCC. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between front and back offices, analyzing business processes, and implementing system enhancements. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–4 years of prior experience in a combined Business Analyst and Project Manager role
- Proven experience in business requirements analysis and documentation
- Project management skills, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
- Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT and bug tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of translating business needs into technical requirements
- Preferably experienced in or knowledgeable about the insurance sector
- Advanced proficiency in standard software applications
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and advanced verbal communication skills
- Additional languages (preferably Spanish) are an asset
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, ERS, Excel, SQL, DQ Pro, Automation) is a plus
- Knowledge of Visio, Miro, Agile frameworks (e.g., ADO, Visual Studio), and systems such as Pega, SBS Eclipse, or NewGen is a plus
