Business Analyst Project Manager

Job Summary

Map and document existing technical and business processes to identify automation and AI opportunities using Microsoft 365 tools. Manage multiple infrastructure and cloud migration initiatives from planning through delivery, maintaining integrated schedules, risks, and Jira tickets. Partner with engineering staff to validate findings, remove delivery roadblocks, and facilitate agile and SAFe practices. Produce detailed workflow documentation and concise status reports for client and company leadership while measuring productivity gains. This surge support position runs through January 15, 2026, with an extension possible but not guaranteed. The role is hybrid, based in Washington, DC, and requires active public trust clearance.

Required Qualifications

  • United States citizenship
  • Public Trust clearance
  • 8+ years' experience in project management
  • 7+ years' experience in process analysis, documentation, and process improvement
  • 4+ years' hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot)
  • Demonstrated experience documenting current-state and future-state workflows, facilitating working sessions with technical and business stakeholders, developing process maps and standard operating procedures, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
  • Experience in federal government, regulated, or enterprise IT environments
  • 8+ years' total information technology experience
  • 7+ years' experience managing complex IT projects
  • 5+ years' experience in a client-facing role
  • 2+ years' experience supporting federal government or government-contracting environments
  • Demonstrated infrastructure and/or cloud project management experience
  • Hands-on, current experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office
  • Basic Excel proficiency for tracking device lists, remediation status, deployment results, and issue trends
  • Ticketing system literacy
  • Empathy, patience and professionalism when working directly with end users, including the ability to explain technical steps clearly over remote sessions
  • Sound judgment to ask for help, appropriate escalation of issues, and the ability to provide enough technical detail for senior administrators to act quickly
  • Active public trust or better clearance
