Job Summary
Lead complex requirement gathering and documentation processes while facilitating detailed discussions with customers to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Manage implementation projects by guiding project managers, solution design engineers, and testers, acting as an internal subject matter expert for healthcare engagement and software configuration. Coordinate resource allocation efficiencies within the Implementation Consulting team and collaborate with solution design engineers to ensure accurate solution configuration. Create and assist with test plans as needed, then drive process improvements based on project outcomes and feedback. Provide guidance to all Implementation Consultants on the most complex projects.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution consulting, or project management roles
- Advanced understanding of SaaS technologies and implementation processes
- Extensive experience in managing complex, high-impact implementation projects and engaging with high-value clients
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex, high-impact projects
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Proven track record in client management and driving strategic outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
