Job Summary
Lead end-to-end business process discovery, future-state design, and requirements definition for the CRM workstream within the Digital Transformation program. Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to document current-state inefficiencies and produce clear process maps, user journeys, and operating models. Translate complex business workflows into functional and non-functional requirements, maintaining traceability between needs, designs, and system specifications. Act as the primary interface between business teams and technical delivery resources, including external CRM vendors, to review solution designs and ensure alignment with agreed processes. Maintain a pragmatic workstream plan, track milestones and risks, and provide status updates to the Program Lead. This 12- to 18-month fixed-term contract is based in London with hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- Strong, demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst
- Deep capability in process mapping and re‐engineering
- Proven experience defining CRM‐related requirements and supporting system delivery
- Expertise in facilitating process and requirements workshops with diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to translate complex business workflows into structured, consumable documentation
- Experience working closely with external system vendors and internal technical teams
Desired Qualifications
- Hands‐on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics, HubSpot or similar)
- Familiarity with contract drafting workflow management and automation
- Experience operating within a multi‐workstream transformation programme
- Familiarity with CRM integrations, data models or reporting considerations
