Job Summary
Business Analyst / Product Owner for the SI Magasin tools within Boulanger, leading the analysis, backlog management, and functional specification efforts to enhance store operations and customer experience. Responsible for translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, validating delivered work, and contributing to project scoping and cost estimates. Models processes and data flows, maintains traceability of requirements, and collaborates with IT (developers, architects, project managers, Scrum Masters) to ensure functional conformity and quality. Supports functional testing, participates in post-deployment reviews, and proposes process/tool optimizations. Requires a Bac+3 Ă Bac+5 in IT or information systems or related field, with hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner, strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent communication, Agile (and V-cycle) methodology knowledge, and familiarity with SQL, JIRA, and common Office/Google tools.
