Job Summary
Partner with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Support, and Finance to untangle processes, map workflows, and gather system requirements. Write detailed Jira work items, prioritize bugs, and manage backlogs to ensure engineering teams have clear direction. Act as a trusted advisor by answering questions, listening to pain points, and presenting data-backed solutions to leadership. Track project outcomes after launch to evaluate how well objectives were met. This role empowers internal teams at SecurityMetrics to streamline operations and deliver the tools needed to scale.
