Job Summary
Translate business requirements, customer needs, and internal processes into clear product specifications and intuitive user experiences. Bridge structured requirements with design/development to ensure well-structured, functional products. Define user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with Product Manager/Creative Director to research, analyse, and prototype new product features; develop user cases, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups; document functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure accurate implementation. Remote-first environment with emphasis on product-focused analysis, usability, scalability, and business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role
- Structured and analytical approach to system logic, usability, scalability, and business impact
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional specifications
- Experience with user journey mapping and workflow analysis
- Ability to think in systems and identify gaps or inconsistencies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient written communication skills in English
