Job Summary
Analytical Business Analyst to support AI-driven solutions delivery in procurement and ERP projects. Responsibilities include gathering client requirements, translating them into functional specifications and workflows, analyzing operations to identify improvements, creating dashboards/reports (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. The role involves stakeholder management, facilitating workshops, and promoting best practices in project management and documentation. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in a technology-driven BA or similar role with experience in procurement/ERP, strong communication, and proficiency with data visualization tools; Jira/Asana familiarity is preferred. Hybrid work arrangement in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong experience in Procurement and/or ERP implementation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, SaaS platforms, or experience within technology/financial sectors is an advantage
