Job Summary
Assess companies and develop solutions for operations by analyzing financial reports, market research, and operating procedures. Collaborate with consulting teams and clients to collect data, verify feasibility, and document update methodologies. Develop performance dashboards, gather feedback, and revise them based on aggregated project information to report key trends to management. Facilitate lessons learned sessions among stakeholders and prepare reports with key performance indicators. Support team members in delivering client recommendations while managing travel to project functions approximately 10% of the time. Work within a growing organization to oversee implementation of operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in business, information technology, civil engineering or construction management, construction engineering, architecture, engineering or technical field or its equivalent in education and experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business, construction, facilities, owner's representative or other engineering or technical field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Demonstrated success in analysis driven problem solving
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
- Involves travel to/from various project-related functions approximately 10% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in business or construction management, civil engineering, information technology or construction engineering a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with advanced capabilities a plus
- Experience with database integration and data visualization tools, such as Power BI is a plus
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean & Six Sigma is a plus
