Business Analyst

Job Summary
Business Analyst on Playtech's Mobile and Web Platform Team to translate high-level business solutions into technical specifications, facilitate requirements-related meetings, create and maintain documentation for existing solutions and features, and support the full software development cycle. You will help manage backlogs for transparent priorities, ensure consistency in technical documentation, perform solution validation, and communicate with licensees to identify and discuss requirements in a structured, collaborative way. You will also support the team in developing new features through clear analysis and maintain up-to-date documentation for knowledge continuity. The role requires 2–3 years of BA experience, strong English, deep knowledge of business and system analysis for complex software systems, experience collaborating with remote stakeholders, and hands-on familiarity with web protocols, API tools (Postman, Swagger), Browser DevTools, UX/UI tools (Figma, Miro, Lucidchart), BPMN/UML, wireframes, and diagrams, along with excellent facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (Product Manager, Product Owner, System Analyst, Software Analyst etc.)
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (written/spoken)
- Profound expertise in business and system analysis of complex software systems
- Experience working with multiple corporate stakeholders via remote communication channels
- Familiarity with web protocols, messaging protocols and web data formats: HTTP, TCP/IP, WS, SOAP, JSON, XML
- Experience with API investigation tools (Postman, Swagger)
- Hands-on experience with Browser DevTools
- Familiarity with UX/UI mockup tools (Figma, Miro, Lucidchart)
- Experience preparing BPMN, UML, and wireframes/diagrams
- Strong facilitation, analytical and system-thinking skills
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Decisive with a sense of responsibility in fast-moving environments
- Ability to handle objections professionally and clearly
