Job Summary
Understand business needs within an M365 environment to direct and support the delivery team on ongoing projects or implementations. Build polished executive documentation, including business requirement documents, user guides, and onboarding instructions for the O365 environment. Conduct interviews with customers and attend workshops with Planet SMEs to prepare and update project documentation. Gather functional and user experience requirements through stakeholder analysis to identify impacted parties and their needs. Assist in expanding the portfolio by developing case studies and playbooks for prospects. Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes using an adaptive approach to decision-making. Produce RACI matrices, UI wireframes, and functional workflows as needed. Drive adoption through well-planned onboarding, integration, and knowledge transfer. Support the RFP/RFI review process where applicable. Requires 5 years of IT project experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $195,000. Remote position.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in supporting Information Technology projects
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (O365) to manage projects and communicate with stakeholders
- Experience integrating AI technologies into daily work activity to improve outcomes and efficiencies
- Knowledge to be proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes and have complex problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
- Understanding of the business domain and specific problems that software is targeting
- Ability to use an adaptive approach (learning, discovery, feedback loop) to decision making
- Previous experience creating and delivering executive level presentations as well as polished, detailed requirements documents
- Ability to produce a RACI matrix
- Experience developing UI wireframes and functional workflows
- Experience driving adoption and integration through well-planned on-boarding, integration, and knowledge transfer
- Experience participating in RFP/RFI review process
- AI-900 Certification
- US Citizenship (clearable)
