Job Summary
Performance Product Business Analyst responsible for gathering requirements, translating them into detailed product requirements and agile stories, serving as subject matter expert for Performance & Analytics applications, developing product roadmaps and operating models, documenting schedules and dependencies, collaborating with Product, Technology, Service Delivery, and other stakeholders, and supporting product testing, release readiness, documentation, training, and governance activities for new capabilities and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years of experience in financial services
- Experience with product development and Agile stories
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- SQL skills and experience with visualization software
- Experience with Confluence and Jira
Desired Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of experience in financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or equivalent
- Advanced degrees in Finance or related professional certifications (CA/CFA/CIPM/CAIA or equivalent) a plus
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics and applications
- Software development lifecycle understanding
- SQL skills and experience with visualization software
- Prior Product Management, Change Management, or relevant Consulting experience
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira
