Job Summary
Perform detailed analysis of clients' pension plan calculation rules and configure in-house software to suit specific client requirements. Act as the link between the client and the project team, writing specifications for new developments and ensuring proper software integration. Participate in developing testing strategies, reviewing test scenarios, and providing support to the quality assurance team. Once implementation is complete, deliver customer service to users to ensure effective software management. Requires a university degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or finance and 4+ years of DB pension administration experience. Available for occasional travel in Canada and the US.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or finance
- 4+ years' experience in DB pension administration/consulting/implementation
- Ability to understand and use current computer technologies
- Good knowledge of Excel software
- Analytical and summarizing skills
- Sense of organization
- Flexibility in terms of managing multiple projects

- Ability to work both as a team and independently
- Ability to establish priorities and meet timelines
- Available to travel occasionally (Canada, US)
