Business Analyst - Payments Support

Business Analyst role in ANZ Bengaluru focused on bridging business needs and solutions for banking initiatives. Responsibilities include defining experience-led strategies, shaping future-state journeys and service models across banking domains, leading qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer behaviours and opportunities, facilitating cross-functional workshops with product/risk/tech/ops teams, developing prototypes to test desirability and usability, validating concepts with customers and business leads, and influencing strategic planning through design narratives and artefacts. Strong emphasis on creating service blueprints, experience maps, future-state journey maps, concept cards, opportunity canvases, design hypotheses, and test plans; proficient use of agile and lean UX practices with tools such as Figma, Mural, Miro, Adobe XD, Dovetail, Signavio.
