Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst with Fund Accounting expertise supporting front-to-back investment operations for mutual funds, ETFs, and ALT funds. Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, translating requirements into functional specifications with technology teams, and managing end-to-end trade processing including trade capture, validation, settlement, and reconciliation. Experience with SWIFT messaging (MT502/MT509/MT515/MT540–MT546), and familiarity with regulatory reporting, reconciliation, and process improvements. Prior experience in investment banks or asset management and comfort collaborating with global stakeholders is preferred. Immediate joiners and Pune-based availability are noted. Capco emphasis on delivering disruptive, value-driven solutions in the financial services and payment domains.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in Fund Accounting / Capital Markets domain
- Strong domain knowledge in Mutual Funds
- Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF)
- Alternative Investments (ALT Funds)
- Good understanding of SWIFT Messaging (MT502 / MT509 / MT515 / MT540–MT546 – at least one mandatory)
- Solid understanding of Trade Lifecycle processes
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders
