Job Summary
Manage and prioritise the product backlog with the Product Owner while defining the product roadmap alongside team members. Document business requirements and user stories with full traceability using Gherkin syntax, and support business process mapping and TOM documentation for the future state Outwards Reinsurance function. Adapt to the established Agile process to keep deliverables on track. This initial 6-month contract starts immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Business Analyst experience within Outwards Reinsurance or broader London market insurance
- Strong Agile delivery background, comfortable working across Product Owner and Scrum Master functions
- Proven ability to write clear, traceable requirements and user stories, including Gherkin syntax
- Experience with process mapping and TOM documentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- Length: initial 6 month contract
- Immediate start
