Job Summary
Conduct data analyses using UKG Pro, Finance Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Tableau, and Excel to identify trends, process gaps, and system compliance concerns across timekeeping and payroll activities. Monitor UKG system compliance, develop and execute test scripts, and analyze end-user impacts of change requests to inform leadership decisions. Manage multiple system improvement and training initiatives, documenting defects and facilitating status meetings with Payroll, HR, and MCIT stakeholders. Create and deliver training programs, including video courses, and develop operational reports and dashboards to track project progress and department adherence to Finance timekeeping policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration or Management
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in business process analysis, financial or data analysis or related tasks
- Analytical and computer skills to support the analysis, documentation and recommendations for improvements of processes across the finance enterprise
- Solid communication skills that enable the individual to perform interviews with individuals, gather and interpret information as well as convey messages and findings concisely to relevant parties throughout the organization
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and within a team on multiple projects simultaneously
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, Word and Visio
Desired Qualifications
- Education experience with respect to computer applications and or computer science
- Experience with PeopleSoft Query and Alteryx/Tableau
- Familiarity with UKG Pro Workforce Management, Salesforce, Tableau, PeopleSoft, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in content creation
- Proficiency in Camtasia, Audiate, Articulate 360, or equivalent software
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
