Gather business requirements from stakeholders and document them to explain to developers for implementation. Conceptualize solution frameworks, prepare business specification documents, and set up review meetings for approval. Collaborate across business and technology functions to ensure comprehensive solutions are implemented while supporting daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks. Transition knowledge to the development team and participate in cross-team discussions and Agile events. Japanese fluency is required for requirement gathering and creating understanding documents, with English business level preferred. This role supports an Insurance BA with 4-8 years of experience, utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence to coordinate system implementation.
