Job Summary
Business Analyst role based in the UK (Edinburgh, Scotland) with hybrid working arrangement. You will work with developers, project managers and technical leads to define project scope, elicit requirements and manage upcoming work in Agile delivery teams. Responsibilities include analysing needs and constraints, documenting outcomes clearly, experience in the Public Sector, and stakeholder management. Skills include process modelling, customer journey mapping, user testing support, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Proficiency with Confluence for documentation and JIRA for tickets/user stories is desired. Desirable knowledge of GDS or DSSS standards. Requires 2+ years of BA experience, right to work in the UK, and the ability to attain UK Security Clearance. Must be willing to travel within the UK.
