Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of client scope and existing workflows to author detailed requirements documentation guiding development. Evaluate client-supplied materials to determine implementation feasibility, establish comprehensive requirements, and communicate gaps impacting delivery. Analyze client data samples to design document solutions supported by rigorous, auditable data mapping. Engage in client-facing meetings to produce prioritized notes and deliver targeted client instruction on MPX toolsets. Collaborate across internal platforms and external third-party systems to architect integrations ensuring seamless data exchange. Lead internal process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability. Adhere to project timelines while surfacing scheduling risks and coordinating mitigation with management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in a business analysis or closely related technical role
- Advanced proficiency in MySQL
- 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience with MySQL
- Demonstrated proficiency in RESTful API design principles and consumption
- Practical experience architecting and managing integrations between internal systems and external third-party platforms
- 2+ years of experience with scripting languages
- 2+ years of experience with object-oriented development methodologies
- 2+ years of experience with multi-record structured data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods while performing computer-based work
- Ability to lift and transport up to 15 pounds as needed
