Job Summary
Business Analyst to join an AI-powered conversational platform project with a global IT services partner. The role focuses on gathering and documenting business and platform requirements, translating them into functional specs for development and support, and acting as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams. Responsibilities include supporting workflow orchestration and low-code platform configurations, documenting RBAC models and policy logic, contributing to knowledge assets (runbooks, UAT test cases, troubleshooting guides, process docs), distinguishing bug vs feature requests, ensuring regulatory compliance, participating in sprint planning and governance, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Ideal candidate has hands-on or conceptual experience with low-code/no-code platforms, understanding of policy engines, RBAC, cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, and experience in Agile or Waterfall environments; familiarity with AI/LLM or conversational voice platforms is a nice-to-have. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Hands-on or conceptual experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow configuration
- Understanding of policy engines and decision-making frameworks
- Basic knowledge of RBAC design and access management models
- Experience working in both product development and managed services environments
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (regional/global)
- Awareness of UX patterns and user-centric design principles
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments
