Job Summary
Analyzes data to support business initiatives and profitability, performs profitability and variance analyses, and designs/reviews reports to identify trends and opportunities. Extracts and analyzes data, recommends improvements to profitability and processes, presents findings to team members, and leverages MS Office (Excel/Access) and SQL queries. Requires 1-2 years in an analytical/quantitative role and a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. The role is based in Phoenix, AZ and Roanoke, VA, is full-time, and sits within Encore Capital Group and its subsidiaries, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and business improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor; Field of Study:Quantitative field
- Experience Required: 1 - 2 years experience in an analytical / quantitative role, or equivalent education and experience
- Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and Access
- Experience in designing and running queries
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
