Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive business analysis for diverse fintech projects, analyze industry trends, and collect prioritized product requirements from stakeholders. Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and documentation while identifying gaps in current products and processes. Work with third-party developers to integrate API and SDK products, providing technical support to internal sales, operations, and partner engineering teams. Participate in troubleshooting, testing, launching, and monitoring post-integration of solutions, and create technical documentation, integration manuals, and training materials for clients. Manage internal knowledge transfer and conduct product demonstrations to stakeholders. This role supports WhiteTech's mission to empower businesses in the financial ecosystem with white-label and SaaS solutions tailored for EMI, PSP, e-commerce, and open banking platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
- Familiarity with both B2B and B2C environments
- Knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
- Understanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design (Figma)
- Experience with SQL and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Experience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- At least an Upper-intermediate level of English
- Must be able to work within Central European Time (CET)
- Must be available for remote work from any location of your choice
