Business Analyst (Middle / Senior) - Trading Team (CEX)

Job Summary
Analyze and decompose product requirements for trading-related features; conduct competitor and market analysis (CEX/DEX/trading platforms); create and maintain product documentation (PRD, Business Requirements, User Stories/Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria); develop user flows and business logic diagrams; collaborate with Product, Backend/Frontend Engineering, QA, and Design teams; ensure knowledge transfer to development; participate in all feature lifecycle stages from Discovery to Release. Candidates should have 2+ years as a Business Analyst at Mid level or 4+ years at Senior level, strong trading basics (spot/futures, order types, PnL, fees), and proven ability to produce clear specifications and documentation; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma is a plus. This role is remote with potential collaboration across product and engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (Middle) or 4+ years (Senior)
- Understanding of trading basics: spot trading, futures trading, order types (Market, Limit, Stop, etc.)
- PnL, fees, balances
- Basic understanding of liquidity and matching engines
- Strong experience in writing clear, structured documentation
- Ability to work with requirements and turn them into clear specifications
- Experience working with engineering teams
