Job Summary
Business Analyst – Mid Level responsible for analyzing organizational needs, managing complex initiatives, and driving significant improvements across the enterprise. Leads process development, improvement, and re-engineering initiatives; manages full lifecycle of initiatives from planning to delivery; provides program leadership, strategic guidance, and coordination with senior leaders. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience; active TS/SCI clearance; experience with IT audit support, compliance, and program management; proficiency with MS Office, Visio/Project, and tools like JIRA; strong leadership and mentoring capabilities; role may involve collaboration with IC/DoD stakeholders and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, management, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant functional or cross-functional business area
- In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
- Experience with MS Visio, MS Project, or JIRA (often required)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL) may be required for certain positions
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance or higher
