Job Summary
Analyze business processes, define requirements, and design IT solutions using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. Lead solution design with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse while supporting development planning, testing, and release cycles. Coordinate system integrations, manage stakeholders, and provide post-go-live support including incident handling and continuous improvement. Requires 3+ years of experience in business analysis, strong technical skills in the Power Platform, and ability to mentor developers. Background in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst or equivalent
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint)
- Experience in requirements definition, system design, development, and testing (SDLC)
- Hands-on technical understanding to design and review solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring or leading developers
Desired Qualifications
- Background in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
- Agile development experience
- Project management experience for small to mid-sized projects
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS)
