Job Summary
Business Analyst role supporting manufacturing and supply chain IT solutions in a site-based environment. You will design and deliver compliant IT solutions that enable business initiatives, translate business needs into practical IT solutions with business, automation, and technology teams, and help design, implement and improve well-structured IT systems and user-focused outcomes. You will plan, monitor and support projects and operational improvements, build strong stakeholder relationships across local, regional and global teams, ensure solutions align with Global Animal Health IT platforms and the broader One IT strategy, and contribute to change management activities to adopt sustainable solutions. You will develop domain expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes, support standardisation of IT and automation systems across manufacturing environments, and participate in modernisation/digitisation initiatives on the shop floor (including IoT) and in the integration/management of manufacturing systems in pharma/biopharma/medical devices. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, information systems or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant project experience
- Prior experience in IT and business process design
- Experience with IT systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of biological science processes and methods supporting information systems
- Understanding of process redesign methods such as business process re-engineering, Six Sigma or Total Quality Management
- Knowledge of facilitation and organisational change management
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
