Job Summary
Drive business analysis activities across business and transformation initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective IT solutions. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather and refine requirements, then analyze business processes, data flows, and system interactions. Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria while collaborating closely with architects, developers, testers, and product owners throughout the solution lifecycle. Maintain clear and up-to-date requirements and solution documentation for systems used across ESET's global network. This role supports strategic transformation initiatives, not just day-to-day maintenance, within a global security firm leveraging AI and human expertise to protect critical infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or implementation of business applications
- Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand both business processes and technical solutions
- Experience working with various stakeholders across business and IT teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned initiatives
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
- Experience with UML, Enterprise Architect
- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- SQL and data analysis skills
