Job Summary
Track statistics and metrics on logins, usage, tools, and resources to interpret data for action plans. Develop business cases to prioritize projects and focus on continuous improvement by analyzing data to identify issues. Investigate and manage analytics issues with LTS while collaborating on report and tool development. Generate ad hoc reports, automate data analysis processes, and create feedback loops to share insights with divisions and regions. Supply resources and data to support process improvement and highlight the value of enhancements. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of experience, and 1 year of UiPath proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, MIS, or a related field
- Basic understanding of project management processes and methodologies
- 1-3 years of relevant business experience
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
- 1 year of UiPath experience required
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, GitHub, and Miro
- Proficiency in writing functional specifications, user stories, and system documentation
- Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less
- Finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment
