Job Summary
Business Analyst L3 role serving as the bridge between the customer and Wipro delivery teams. Responsibilities include gathering and engaging with client requirements, understanding RFP/RFI needs, detailing scope, functional and non-functional requirements, and creating workflow diagrams. Collaborates with project managers, pre-sales, tech leads, and architects to design accurate responses to RFPs/RFIs, communicates financial/operational impacts of changes, guides delivery teams on design, conducts reviews and feedback loops with customers, and supports QA/testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. Builds domain knowledge, contributes to knowledge repositories, writes whitepapers, and identifies use cases for business enhancements. Mandatory skill: Nintex Workflow for SharePoint. 3-5 years of experience expected. Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (AECS-Microsoft, TS - Industry Cloud & Digital).
