Job Summary
Business Analyst L3 responsible for liaising between the customer and Wipro delivery teams to understand and articulate customer requirements. Duties include requirements gathering and engagement, detailing functional and non-functional requirements, creating workflow diagrams, documenting specifications, coordinating with project managers, pre-sales, tech leads and architects to respond to RFP/RFIs, communicating financial and operational impacts of changes, conducting periodic clarifications, demonstrating and presenting proposed solutions, maintaining customer relationships to optimize value, engaging with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs, reviewing test cases for 100% coverage of requirements, supporting QA and UAT testing, performing data modelling to design and improve solutions, stitching responses to RFP/RFI, planning milestones, driving delivery team assumptions, ensuring on-time, quality deliverables, and building domain expertise through knowledge sharing and whitepapers. Delivers include knowledge management outputs such as user stories and repository updates, and identifying use cases for business enhancements.
