Job Summary
Conduct business process analysis and requirement gathering for enterprise solutions, translating regulatory DPDP and RBI mandates into functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories. Manage stakeholder workshops across business, IT, and compliance teams to validate requirements and ensure end-to-end traceability for integration projects involving CBS, CRM, and HRMS systems. Lead workflow design for privacy and governance use cases, coordinating Agile/Scrum backlogs and UAT activities while documenting SOPs, test scenarios, and audit artifacts. Support high-availability production systems in BFSI environments with a focus on data mapping, incident management, and compliance traceability.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 5–7+ years of experience in infrastructure administration, server management, and data center operations
- Hands-on experience in DC/DR setup, OS administration (Linux/Windows), and virtualization platforms
- Experience in BFSI or regulated environments, supporting high-availability and 24x7 production systems
- Strong exposure to backup, recovery, monitoring tools, and incident/problem management (L2 support)
- Familiarity with security compliance (DPDP, RBI, ISO 27001) and infrastructure audit requirements
