Business Analyst

Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements; analyze and model business processes; recommend improvements using Creatio’s tools; configure and customize Creatio applications using low-code/no-code tools; support full project lifecycle from requirements through testing and deployment; develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases; work closely with developers, QA, and solution architects to ensure alignment; conduct UAT sessions and end-user training; maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles; serve as an advocate for no-code best practices within the broader Creatio ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or BPM systems
- 1+ year hands-on experience with Creatio platform (CRM or Studio version)
- Strong understanding of BPMN, CRM principles, and workflow automation
- Experience eliciting requirements, writing specifications, and facilitating workshops
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices
- Basic understanding of low-code development and Creatio’s no-code configuration tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
