Job Summary
Business Analyst Consultant role focused on solving complex business challenges and translating requirements into practical IT solutions across multiple industries. You'll gather, document, and validate business requirements, translate needs into functional specifications and user stories, facilitate stakeholder workshops, perform gap analysis and process modeling, and support digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and Architects in Agile environments, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and supporting testing, UAT, and change management. Requires 3+ years of BA experience, Dutch fluency, Agile/Scrum experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency in writing functional requirements and user stories; BPMN/UML knowledge is preferred, with additional relevance for Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence as Nice to Have.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Business Analysis experience
- HBO/WO Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience writing functional requirements and user stories
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or process modeling tools is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
- Experience working in consultancy
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile Business Analysis
