Job Summary
Bridge business requirements and IT solutions by analyzing technology impacts on current processes and documenting specifications following agile/MVP principles. Coordinate solution delivery via sprints across planning, refining, developing, testing, and releasing activities while negotiating scope changes with the Scrum team and business sponsors. Champion UI/UX best practices, facilitate knowledge transfer, and assist QA in developing test plans and validating fixes.
