Job Summary
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while modeling processes using BPMN and UML. Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional solutions and support Agile/Scrum delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and execute testing activities to validate requirements, maintain documentation in Confluence, and facilitate communication between business users and technical teams. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a large public-sector environment. This role requires native-level French and experience with BCSS/eHealth ecosystems, situated in an on-site position in Brussels, Belgium.
