Business Analyst IV - Data Services

Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor between business stakeholders and Technology teams, ensuring business priorities are understood, aligned, and successfully delivered. Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and business leaders to identify, prioritize, and translate strategic objectives into data, analytics, reporting, and technology initiatives. Conduct advanced business and systems analysis to define needs, process improvements, solution scope, and functional specifications while collaborating with Data Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners to define business rules and solution designs. Facilitate prioritization discussions by evaluating business value, risks, and dependencies, then lead requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder reviews, and testing activities including user acceptance testing and sign-offs. Provide delivery leadership by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards and achieve expected business outcomes, while monitoring progress and proactively identifying risks. Partner with Data Governance teams to establish data ownership and quality expectations, and support deployment, change management, training, and user adoption activities.
