Business Analyst IV - Data Services (Operations)

Lead stakeholder engagement, business process analysis, and solution definition for Sustainability, Recycling, and Landfill Operations initiatives. Translate strategic objectives into data, analytics, and technology requirements by collaborating with Data Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners. Define business rules, solution designs, and acceptance criteria while facilitating prioritization discussions to ensure delivery teams focus on highest-value initiatives. Manage requirements gathering, documentation, testing activities, and user acceptance testing to drive alignment across cross-functional teams. Provide delivery leadership by coordinating technical and business resources to meet quality standards and achieve expected business outcomes. Monitor project progress and solution effectiveness while proactively identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement. Partner with Data Governance teams to establish data ownership and quality expectations. Support deployment, change management, and training to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities.
